Well, what can we say other than that the Yubikey is one sexy, sleek One Time Pad generating token. And to that end we have taken it on board to integrate this little "gem" into just about anything and everything we can lay our hands on.
YubiPAM is a module for PAM that provides support for One Time Passwords (OTP) authentication. It supports the OTPs generated from a Yubikey authentication token. YubiPAM aims to be a simple and easy to configure, module for the Yubikey.
